Project Overview

The Fresh Group were arranging the annual conference for Tescos. It was a very high profile event with 2000 global delegates.  The client needed a system that would provide secure access to the attendees, allow them to register online, manage their schedules for the event and  keep track of travel and accommodation plans.  In addition to this they wanted to allow attendees to interact with one another as well as with the presenters.  Users needed to be able to access the system on mobile devices, laptops and desktops.

End Result

The client organised a very successful conference and the app was a key part of this. All 2000 attendees self registered correctly and their accommodation and travel arrangements were effectively recorded. The social networking features of the system enhanced interaction both within and outside of scheduled sessions. The built in forum system was used to record questions and comments from the floor in real time which proved very useful.
